Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 Degrees F.
Toss everything together in a 9x13 baking dish, dotting the coconut oil on top.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, tossing every 15 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream and granola on top, if desired.
