Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Combine applesauce, sugar, oil, eggs, and milk in a large bowl; beat well. Sift in flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, and kosher salt; stir until smooth.
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean, about 55-60 minutes.
