The Best Chunky Guacamole
With Cinco de Mayo around the corner, I figured it was time to share this guacamole - only guacamole I've made ever since my dreamy trip to Tulum!

Tomatoes

Instructions
Chop the vegetables finely.
Score avocado on both sides.
Scoop into the bowl with the vegetables.
Add lime juice and salt and mash just slightly to combine.
Taste for seasoning and serve.
