NY Times – Teaching in a Global Pandemic is a raw look into the reality for our teachers right now.  I have never been so grateful for the selfless care, compassion, and courage my children’s teachers exhibit at their nursery school, CCDC here in Westport, CT.  Teachers truly are giants among us.

WATCH

Netflix – We just finished this brilliant show, and my husband and I both agreed it is the best show of 2020.  It truly is a work of art.

GO

Westchester, NY – This Christmas looks very different for most of us, so I’m thankful there are so many outdoor events and drive-thru light exhibits open near us.  I just booked us tickets for this one and it looks really spectacular.  At 2 and 4, my kids are finally at ages where they can both appreciate something like this.  I can’t wait to see their faces.

WEAR

Emu Australia These slippers are my go-to, year round.  They are so soft and cozy, without being overly warm, and easy to slip on and off.  I have two pairs, should one be in the wash, and they hold up so well.  They would make a great holiday gift for a lady in your life.

MAKE

The KitchnThis granola, by a small batch, Seattle based granola company called Marge, is the best classic granola I have ever had.  I make a lot of different recipes, including my Superfood Granola Bark, but when I want a tried and true granola to gift for the holidays I turn to this one.  The healthy dose of olive oil and kosher salt mellow the sweetness, and it truly makes the most balanced granola I’ve ever tasted.
