What I want you to know about me:

Last summer, after decades of cooking both professionally and recreationally, I found myself embarking on a new frontier as a stay at home 30-something mom to two young children. I was not feeling my best: with low energy and burdened by extra weight physically and mentally, I started to feel it was time for a change. Perhaps you’ve been there?

I started to empower myself, and others, to fall in love with the kitchen and themselves through simple, fun recipes that feel good to make and good to eat. It was an act of self care, everyday, to put myself out there with all of you and that accountability helped motivate a steady climb to where I am now.

For so many, even me, cooking every day for a family can feel burdensome at times. Sound familiar? It doesn’t have to be. We can celebrate or dread these moments in the kitchen, it’s not too late to change our approach. I believe wholeheartedly that we all have the agency to take control of our wellness and learn how to listen to our bodies.

I will teach you how to do just that with recipes and meal planning guides that you will love and will love you back. Today, back in my professional happy place of creating and sharing recipes as a full-time digital food creator, I can truly say I’m happier and healthier than I’ve felt in YEARS. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my recipes and my heart with all of you. Thank you for caring, for supporting, for listening, and for teaching me. We are in this together, now let’s get cooking!
