My Easter Menu!๐Ÿฐ

It’s finally starting to feel like spring around here and I am so happy! Bring on the sunshine, tulips and pastels, we are ready for you Easter bunny!

I’m hosting my family this weekend for Easter brunch, and I thought I’d share my complete menu (so you don’t have to do hours of research!)  I tend to stick to a variation of this lineup every year because, quite honestly…why mess with a good thing?

Everything starts with the main event…the Foolproof Ham. And yes, the name says it all. It’s nearly impossible to mess up, which is exactly the kind of energy I’m bringing into hosting these days. You’ll get a perfectly moist, beautifully caramelized ham every single time.

The best part of this menu is that most everything can be made ahead. Which means you can actually enjoy your guests, sip your coffee & mimosas and fully lean into the magic of the easter egg hunt…without being stuck in the kitchen.

Because if we’re hosting, we might as well enjoy it too…Scroll down for my complete menu line-up & recipes!

Pear + Prosciutto Crostini with Whipped Goat Cheese

My Pear & Prosciutto Crostini are DELICIOUS. Now, I’m sure by this point you’ve heard me say that I’m not a big fan of appetizers that fill everyone up before the actual meal is served. But this is one I allow…My little trick? I just don’t make a huge portion. I make just enough for everyone to have a few bites…keep them satisfied, but not full. Shhh…don’t blow my cover.

Sliced pieces of cooked ham arranged on a wooden cutting board, with a knife visible in the upper right corner. The ham has a glazed, slightly browned exterior and pink interior.

Foolproof Baked Ham with Maple Orange Glaze

There’s something timeless about serving a glazed ham at the center of a holiday table. It signals celebration, generosity, and a meal worth remembering. But if the idea of being in charge of the main event feels intimidating, I’m here to tell you – this is my Foolproof Baked Ham & it lives up to its name. With a simple method and a short ingredient list, you’ll get a perfectly moist, caramelized ham every time.

A pan filled with sautéed, finely shredded Brussels sprouts, garnished with seasoning and lemon zest. Metal tongs rest on the edge of the pan.

Hashed Brussel Sprouts

This recipe might just make a Brussels sprouts believer out of anyone. It’s light, zippy, and just the right amount of unexpected thanks to the poppy seeds. The perfect addition to your Easter table.

Six Hasselback potatoes with thin, evenly spaced slices are baked to a golden brown in a black skillet and garnished with freshly chopped chives.

Hasselback Potato Skillet with Mustard Garlic Butter + Chives

I don’t know of any occasion where potatoes aren’t an appropriate addition to the menu. Hasselback potatoes look complicated, but once you make them once, you see just how simple they are to make. The key is patience! My Hasselback potatoes are so delish & would be a beautiful addition to your Easter menu!

Asparagus & Leek Risotto with Aged Goat Cheese

My Asparagus and Leek Risotto is the perfect side dish to any meal…and it can easily be the star of the show with a simple green salad on the side. This risotto tastes like Spring, and is the perfect addition to your Easter menu.

Two freshly baked baguettes on a white cutting board, surrounded by sliced pieces of bread, a knife with a wooden handle, and a small bowl of olive oil on a light surface.

My Same Day Baguette

I mean, need I say more? The fresh baguette is perfect for ham sandwiches and for rounding out the meal. Make the night before and warm up right before you sit down for your meal.

A slice of frosted brown cake on a white plate, with a fork resting on top holding a bite of cake. A hand holds the edge of the plate against a dark background.

Carrot Company Cake

Bunnies love carrots, and so do I. My Carrot Company Cake is the perfect addition to your Easter table. It’s simple- no nuts or raisens, made with significantly less fat and sugar than traditional versions, and comes together so easily. It’s also not overly sweet which is ideal because there is already plenty of candy involved!

A tray of golden-brown coconut macaroons sits in the foreground, with shredded coconut and halved lemons in the background. The cookies are textured and lightly toasted.

Lemon Coconut Macaroons

My macaroons are a quintessential Spring treat: perfect for sharing at Passover or Easter gatherings with loved ones. These melt-in-your-mouth with a coconut base and a hint of lemon. I have so many memories of these cookies and make them in Nana’s honor.

A hand places a white egg on a napkin folded like bunny ears, secured with a silver ring, atop a decorative plate and wicker placemat. Text reads, Feeling joy and warmth and festivity in a way that feels accessible.

What do I do with my Leftovers?!

What do we do with all those leftovers? Well friends…don’t worry, I’ve got you covered.

I’ve developed two go-to recipes that will make the most of your leftover ham and that surplus of hard-boiled eggs (because somehow, we always have a lot of those).

Leftover Holiday Ham Soup

First up, my Leftover Holiday Ham Soup from Big Bites: Time to Eat. This recipe transforms your ham into an entirely new meal…so much so, it’s almost unrecognizable in the best way possible. You will no longer be struggling with the fact that ham has been on repeat all week long!

A bowl of creamy egg salad with chopped herbs sits on a table, surrounded by celery stalks, sliced avocado with pit, prosciutto, and a small dish of diced red onions. A spoon rests in the salad.

Avocado Egg Salad

First up, my Avocado Egg Salad from my new cookbook. It’s an incredible option for anyone who doesn’t love mayo. The avocado brings that same creamy, luscious texture….it’s honestly hard to believe there isn’t any mayo in it.

A ceramic bowl filled with creamy egg salad mixed with chopped eggs, herbs, and vegetables, with a metal serving spoon inside. A halved hard-boiled egg rests nearby on a beige cloth.

Dilly Egg Salad

Another favorite is my Dilly Egg Salad. This one is all about brightness—fresh dill and whole grain mustard give it that perfect little zip that wakes everything up. It’s fresh, flavorful, and just so good. I already know this one will be on repeat in my kitchen next week!
