Vibrant, juicy berries on grocery store shelves can only mean one thing: summer is officially here! And what are you supposed to do with all those berries in summer? I promise, this collection of recipes will put them to good use!

Whether it’s a treat for myself or I’m feeding a crowd, I’ve featured some of my go-to recipes that never fail to satisfy. From salads to snacks, and a few classic desserts, these berries won’t go to waste!

I should also add that I do have a hack to make all berries last up to two weeks, you can watch it HERE.

🍰 Berries In Summer? This Calls For Cake: Berry Zucchini Cake

This gorgeous berry zucchini cake is a staple when the zucchini harvest hits its seasonal high – it’s just sweet enough, moist and tender, and bursting with berries. I’ve used blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries all with excellent results. It’s a really versatile cake that keeps well in the fridge (though it goes FAST).

🍓 My Viral Summer Berry Must Make: Dump-It Cobbler

I’ve become known for this recipe: it’s healthy, delicious and could not be easier! It’s gluten-free, contains half the fat and sugar of a traditional recipe and is dairy-free/vegan friendly, making it a great go-to for all your upcoming summer celebrations.

The sun is shining, the strawberries are ripe and this dessert has your name written all over it!

🥧 When You Don’t Want To Make A Pie Crust: Mixed Berry Crumble Bars

These bars are tart, rich tasting, and just sweet enough with a crumbly topping and crust sandwiching an easy jammy berry filling. These would be perfect for a picnic, potluck or casual summer backyard get-together.

They are closer in texture to a piece of pie than a granola bar, so serve them plated with a fork as you would most desserts, but I won’t say I haven’t eaten one with my fingers cold right out of the fridge… (it was worth it!)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

These are so so good and so easy to make! I made them for a family cookout and they were a hit! Perfect amount of sweetness and will definitely be baking these again. Thanks for another amazing recipe!

🧺 When There Are Too Many Berries To Eat At Once: Strawberry Chia Jam

A perfect strawberry is a beautiful thing. It’s glossy, ruby red, and bursting with juice and sweetness.  Maybe it’s such a wondrous thing because it is in fact, quite rare.  There is a short window where we can enjoy them in their full glory, but when that window closes, there is still so much you can do with them!

If you often find yourself with less than stellar strawberries, or any berries that started strong and then seemed to turn overnight, this recipe is one you’ll want to save.
